Born in the Republic of Panama, November 12th, 1948. Studied law at the University of Panama (Bachelor of Law and Political Sciences, 1975). Thesis: "Organization of a Panama Corporation" (publication recommended by the grading jury). Admitted to the Panama Bar, 1975.
