Education: University of Panama (Bachelor degree in Law and Political Sciences, 1998, Thesis: “Money Laundering and Panama’s International Financial Center”); Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnologia (ULACIT), Panama, Postgraduate Degree in Commercial Law, 2002; Master’s Degree in Business Law, 2002 Admitted to the Panama Bar in 1998.
