ICAZA TRUST CORPORATION (ITC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ICAZA, GONZALEZ-RUIZ & ALEMAN established in 1996.  Under its Trust license the company provides a full range of services related to the formation and management of trusts.

Among the services offered by ITC are:

• Trust Formation and Management, including the purchase, sale and custody of securities and the collection of dividends or interests.
• Administration of Private Interest Foundations.
• Opening and management of bank accounts and escrow accounts.
• ITC is also an authorized custodian of bearer shares of British Virgin Islands Companies
