Born in the Republic of Panama, July 8th, 1970. Education: Studied law at University Santa María la Antigua, Panama (Bachelor degree in Law and Political Sciences, 1997, and Postgraduate studies in Labor Law, 1998). Thesis: “Amendments to the Individual Labor Right Introduced by Law 44 of August 12, 1995” (“Reformas al Derecho Individual de Trabajo Introducidas con la Ley 44, del 12 de agosto de 1995”).
Experience
Experience: Mr. Vallarino has vast experience in the Labor Law area, having exercised until recently important positions in the area of Labor Relations. He has been expositor at different seminars and conferences of Labor Law.
