Education: University of Panama (Bachelor in Law and Political Sciences, 1989; Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Universidad Externado de Colombia, Bogotá, Colombia (Specialist in Public Law, 1995). Admitted to the Panama Bar in 1989. Public Offices: Legal Counsel, Ministry of the Presidency (1990-1993); Legal Counsel at Panama’s Embassy in Colombia (1993-1995); Justice at the Third Superior Court of Justice of the First Judicial District of Panama (1997-1999) and President thereof (1999).
