PANAMERICAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES S.A. (PAMSSA) was organized in the Republic of Panama in 1968, with the purpose of offering services related to companies and other vehicles formed in various jurisdictions such as The British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Belize, Florida, Delaware, Marshall Islands, and The Netherlands, among others.
The services rendered by PAMSSA are directed mainly for the benefit of those enterprises interested in carrying on their business abroad through the administration of a company with headquarters located in Panama, as well as to those enterprises wishing to keep real estate, personal or financial property anywhere in the world.
PAMSSA has the capacity to manage the following operations:
- Secretarial services and office communication facilities
- Invoicing services and collection of funds
- Accounting services
- Assistance in the opening and management of bank accounts in Panama (managing and processing of banking transactions and transfers, among other services).
- Custody Services
- Consulting Services related to the management of business operations in Panama; such services may include, among many others, feasibility studies and market surveys.
- Colon Tax Free Zone Services.
The Colon Free Zone is a tax-free area operated by an autonomous agency of the Government of the Republic of Panama that has been successfully operating since late in 1940. PAMSSA can assists in the arrangements of storage of merchandise, inventory control, reshipment, accounting, and management services related to the operation.
