In the past days, Attorney Moisés Iván Rivera from the Intellectual Property Division of the firm participated of the Intensive Course “How the vessel chartering agreements and cargo transportation are negotiated under bills of lading?” The same was oriented towards the negotiation structure of the vessel chartering agreements through the combination of all the elements which intervene in the International Maritime Industry focused in the modality of Cargo Transportation under Bill of Lading as the primary means of global mobilization. Likewise, the dynamics of the course included all the legal and commercial effects and implications which arise from the relationships between all the chartering actors, among which is viable to highlight the litigation aspects among the ship owners, charterers, ports, docks, maritime agencies, crews, classifiers, insurance and reinsurance companies.
